Built in 2019, this charming 2 storey home features 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bath on a tiny footprint. The goal of this design was to provide comfortable living with minimal space that incorporates as much storage as possible.
The main floor consists of a modest open concept space, giving the clean and space look the clients wanted.
The upper level features 3 bedrooms and one bath, providing minimal but sufficient space for a family of 4.
Indoor and outdoor living flow together with the patio doors off the main floor, with plenty of sunlight from the southeast.
