Built in 2017, this 1.5 story character home features an upper loft with a 2nd bedroom and den, a main level master suite, and a vaulted ceiling over the functional living space.
This beautiful lot overlooks waterfront properties to get a good view of its own. Designed for the recently retired owners, it takes advantage of views from all directions.
Care was taken when clearing the lot to leave as much natural growth in place as possible, resulting in a changing masterpiece of natural sights from any window and from any angle.
Ample windows to the southeast and southwest bring in lots of light and color. The modest 1,450 sq. ft., 1.5 level home is further downplayed by the saltbox style roof.
